Status: Square Test Run
Schedule: On time — Scope: Good
Work Completed: Square POS Stand has been delivered, set up, and all employees have been trained.
Work to Complete: Successfully complete at least a few weeks worth of test runs for the Square POS Stand before officially switching the restaurant over to it.
What’s Working: All orders/slips are printing out to the kitchen immediately and employees are immediately notified of a product that goes out of stock through out the shift.
What’s Not Working: Nothing (for the time being).
Suggestions/Issues: Kitchen is getting a little overwhelmed with the amount of slips that are printing out during the dinner rush.
Proposed Changes: Continuing to write orders down by hand first before inserting them into the Square POS Stand, so there is a little more time between each slip that gets into the kitchen.
