Rivalry/Competition in the Industry
There are a few restaurants located near Sakonnet River Grille, they’re located right in Tiverton as well. These restaurants are: Evelynn’s, Lil’ Bear Sports Pub, and Family Ties. The main reason why these restaurants could be a threat to Sakonnet River Grille is because they are located in the same town, just a few miles apart from each other.

Any brand new restaurants coming into town with the newest/up to date technology.
Power of Suppliers
The owners of Sakonnet River Grille are in charge of giving the ‘okay’ in implementing the Square. Since SRG is a family-owned restaurant and not a chain, the Square would be paid for out of pocket by the owners.
Power of Customers
Customers don’t have a direct affect on the Square, but them coming into the restaurant to eat allows the Square to be used.
Threat of Substitute Products
Some chain restaurants like Applebee’s have a tablet on the end of every table. Customers who go there have the option of just ordering there food and drinks right on the tablet without actually having a server wait on them. They can even pay for their meal(s) right on the tablet, too.
