Project Title: Square Implementation

Project Description:
My main goal with this new POS system is for the restaurant to run more smoothly, overall. With the Square Point-0f-Sale Stand employees will be able to login with their assigned pin and be able to place their tables orders right into the system directly sending them to the kitchen.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Project will be accepted after meeting with the key stakeholders
- Stakeholders will then be informed about the cost
- After the “OK” the Square will then be implemented
Constraints:
- Getting all the employees trained as soon as possible in a timely fashion
- Summer time is approaching = it’s the busiest time of year
Assumptions:
- Manager(s) will get very familiarized with the new system before employees do, so they can become experts and train them
